If you find that the policy you purchased does not fit your needs or protection requirements, you have the right to request its cancellation within the Cooling-Off Period. This is a feature in a life insurance policy where you can cancel the policy for any reason within a specified period. You may get a refund of any premiums you have already paid but we may take off a small amount to cover days when the policy was in force and/or for a small administration fee. Unless a longer period is specifically stated in the policy, the Cooling-Off Period is thirty (30) days from the date of its issuance.
